The Cycle Quality shortcut (default Alt+Scroll) works on small blueprints (including inside books), deconstruction planners and upgrade planners.

This is a simple dependency mod intended to be used by any mod that puts custom blueprints in the clipboard, but it also works standalone.

It does not permanently affect inventory items or records from Blueprint Library. Instead, it creates a temporary copy on the cursor which will disappear when you dismiss it. If you want to keep the "qualified" blueprint, put it in your inventory.

It does not require the Space Age DLC or any mod that adds qualities. In that case, it will simply do nothing.

There is a hard-coded limit of 1,000 entities, and it will blindly change every type of entity. (No denylist for belts, power poles etc.)
