This was generated with TP(nil,Zoom(RectSpiral(),128)). At each Northeast inside corner of the spiral, there is a single tile of void that should be land.

Thanks for the bug report. Hopefully this did not derail your plans too badly!
This appears to be do to some rounding issue that occurs only for zoom levels that are powers of two. The next version of CTG includes a fix.
