As with all my other little tweaks, just adding some small challenges to the vanilla game. Because ice is used in Space Science, I was always un impressed with ice being used in cryo science. especially because its so easy to get. Anyway, to make it different, i went with using ice platform for the cryogenice science. Not much harder but I will test to see how challenging it is to make in high quantities.
