1) Why isn't the rare armor achievement changed, but the description is?
A) Personal preference. It made more sense to me as "shiny rare armor" than "shiny modified armor". Description was changed to reflect what actual quality level is needed, though. If this is an unpopular decision, let me know and I'll work out something else.
