Well there is a lesson for beginners, you can't change the category or delete the post once you submit!

This should have been a bug, sorry.

Me too, same error. I was running 13.2 before the upgrade. "Downgrading" back to 13.2 fixed my problem.

Upgrading from 13.1 to 13.2 works, but I still get the error if I try and go onto 13.3 from 13.1 or 13.2.

This should now work in 0.13.4, and this time I even did some testing :P

Also, RunRabbitRun: The authors can delete posts and change their categories, so if you really want, you can ask for that. But people generally don't use the categories very consistently, so I (and probably most other mod authors) don't really care what category you use - I'll read everything anyway.
