I didn't expect anyone would use this... The change is because the new version uses the engine's API to get the signals, instead of my previous manual approach. This means it reflects the way the game works in other places, which was the intention in the first place. And that's not even mentioning the performance improvement.
In other words: it's gonna stay the way it is now. If you have some use cases which aren't possible without this, let me know and I'll see if I can do something about that, but I really can't think of anything...
