When trying to connect a "Steam Turbine" to a "Chemical Plant" using "Acid Neutralization" I get the mixed fluid error, both directly and using pipes. (Works if I use a pump)
I am working on trying to find a fix, but if a pump works as a buffer, that will be your best bet for now.
A preliminary look seems to be an issue with how steam turbines handle fluid connections, and it might not be an easily fixable issue
