Adds technologies to increase the gain of wastefull and expensive processes, such as copper cable, steel, gears, circuits, and engines. Requires omniLib which enables dynamic recipe generation and auto-updating entities in world with newer recipes. Works on items even if mods change their recipes. Updated for Factorio v18

I have an idea for a possible alternate replacement to technology.

Idk if it's possible but tying upgrades to production values, OR have an optional dependency to add these as a reward for the mod rpg system.

the way CE generates its technology and recipes is almost entirely done by omniLib's dynamic recGen code, which relies on detecting the event: research.completed.
