Adds technology to increase the efficiency of some recipes, auto updates recipes in assembly machines and adds a function for modders to add efficiency recipes for their items
As the title says, assemblers crafting a quality version of a recipe are reverted to normal quality ingredients and output on research complete. This erases quality on existing ingredients in assemblers, and each assembler has to be set to whatever quality it had before the research was finished.
