Displays overlay info with actual craft time remaining.

Created mainly for early stage of PyMod or others for recipes which can take minutes to craft. For example Vrauks or Logs when crafter has only first module.

Configurable minimum time to allow the overlay - default is 10 seconds

!! Currently not tested with new entities from Space Age
