Copy & Paste Modules

by Mooncat

When you copy the settings of a machine and paste to another, the modules from the source machine will also be pasted. If there are not enough modules in your inventory, they will be delivered by construction robots. Useful if you want to combine different modules in the same machine where quick insert cannot simply achieve, like 3x Efficiency 3 + 1x Speed 3. In addition, this mod makes mining drills, furnaces, labs and beacons copy-and-pastable.

When you copy the settings of a machine and paste to another (i.e. shift + left/right click), the modules from the source machine will also be pasted. If there are not enough modules in your inventory, modules will be requested from the robot system, so they will be delivered by construction robots.

Useful if you want to combine different modules in the same machine where quick insert cannot simply achieve, like 3x Efficiency 3 + 1x Speed 3.

Since v0.3.0, this mod will also take care of the existing item request proxies on both the source machine and the destination machine, i.e. the requests on the source will also be copied, and the requests on the destination will be updated after modules are inserted.

The number of requested modules will be reduced if the destination machine does not have enough slot to handle that.

If you don't have enough slots to take the removed modules, there is an option to order robots to take them for you. It is on by default.

If instant blueprint in Creative Mode v0.3.6+ is enabled, the modules will be instantly inserted. (See the 3rd image)

And it makes mining drills, furnaces, labs and beacons copy-and-pastable.
