The mech suit ignores tile speed bonuses while flying, so on a paved base you often
snap from concrete speed down to base flight speed and back every time you clip
a building.
This restores each tile's actual bonus while you're airborne, so flying feels
the same as running.
- Every fast tile keeps its own bonus — concrete, refined concrete, stone
brick, hazard variants, Aquilo's frozen tiles, etc. - Slowdown tiles (Fulgora's oil oceans, etc.) are ignored, never dragging you
down — flight over them stays at normal speed. - Scales correctly with exoskeletons, automatically.
- Reads player speed instead of tile modifier, so it should automatically be compatible with modded tiles.
Notes
- Sets the character's run-speed modifier while flying, so it may conflict with
other mods that write the same value.
- Safe to uninstall, just land before disabling the mod so the modifier clears cleanly (it resets to
zero the instant you're grounded).
