Game balanced as a kind of weaponless tank with same capacity as a cargo wagon.
This is intended to be controlled via AAI and other RTS style mods etc.

Current status:
- can be driven
- takes player color (tint)
- same capacity as a cargo wagon
- no weapons (not intended as offensive unit)
