Hi there,
Klonan specified for the roboport its "take_result", hence your deepcopy results in the wrong item being returned when you take the roboport mk2 out of the companion. Can be fixed by adding the line
roboport.take_result = "companion-roboport-equipment-mk2"
to the file mk2-equipment.lua
