Companion Drones for 2.0

Tired of the lonely factory life? This drone(s) will follow, assist, and protect you, handling construction, repairs, combat, and manage its inventory all by itself. Toggle between building and combat roles on the fly with hotkeys or the shortcut bar, fine-tune its behavior with customizeable options, and toggle between Modes to enable progression over time or to make the mod more suitable for large modpacks like Angels or Bob's. g Drone stopped attacking

Hey so I think I ran across some conflicting something in some mod... The companion drone was working fine, attacking and everything, but then we changed a few mods and now the companion just sits there and takes hits. I think it has to do with the "Extended Vanilla" mods, since those are the ones we added that caused the drone to stop defending itself.
I suspect it's some interaction with "Extended Vanilla: Personal Equipment" and/or "Extended Vanilla: Modular Logistics". I'd rather play with both sets of mods, so if anybody has any insights or why these might be causing problems, I'd love to hear a solution, and if the maintainer was so inclined to take a look and see if we could find a way to solve the problem, I'd be very appreciative!!! Thanks!

The companion is a heavily modified spidertron at its core, so you'll be looking for any mod that affects that code. I did a quick scan of those two mods you mentioned with dnGrep and I didn't find anything that obviously conflicts in either mod's lua files. That doesn't mean there isn't a conflict, just that a quick simple search couldn't find it so you'll have to try harder.

I don't have time to do a more thorough analysis unfortunately. You can use dnGrep yourself to scan all of your mods' lua files simultaneously for key words to speed up the search, if nothing is immediately obviously the problem (it is capable of searching inside zipped files making it very handy for modding woes)
