i had to make some translucent PNG pictures with the same name and size to get this animation to stop rendering.

to me it happened when i researched Rocket Fuel, drone is in Challenge mode.

Should be fixed in this next update I'll be releasing sometime today. In fact, the flame is completely fixed now and should work the way it was always meant to!

what about drone upgrade in challenge mode ?

i have got untill Space Science researched all and drone is still weak ?
do i have to build his modules myself because it does not upgrade to new modules?

Companion Roboport the one we can build has a internal buffer recharge rate of 1kw.. not 1mw .. untill that one charges i cannot build anything.

by now i was supposed to have Roboport.mk3 but i got mk0..

i got a mod that unlocks logistics early with chemical science pack. and all logistics.
shield i did not research shield mk2 and fusion reactor so i am good , but roboport should be mk.3

Hmm... unlocking the recipes out of order probably messed it up, but I planned for that--it's supposed to automatically see that and re-evaluate every time mod configuration changed. Are you up to date? I just released a new update like an hour ago.

downloaded the 3.1.0 works like a charm , smoke is fixed and the engine sprite fixed also, but not the roboport...

the roboport that got construction area 200x200 and 1000robots does not recharge, or recharge so slow you wish to you did not have it,
the shield the one we build is it supposed to have shield recharge rate of 600/sec ? or was it a typo and it is supposed to be 6/sec?

Also in the future would be nice an ui to see what i have unlocked and what not ,

Oh wait I think I know what caused it--you must not have one of the earlier techs researched. You have to have the tech and all the earlier techs in the tree researched before it will upgrade. You can see the technologies needed here.

See, it has no way to go from mk1 to mk3. It can only go mk1 to mk2, then mk2 to mk3. So you have to have all versions unlocked before it'll step through the chain. If I'm right then it's not a bug, it's working as intended.

Interesting. I've been coding a bunch the past few days so I'm gonna relax the rest of today (unless any critical bugs pop up), but I'll see if I can figure this out tomorrow. Can you upload your save somewhere and link it to me please? That may help me diagnose.

after changing the logistics to not unlock early in a new save the roboport indeed goes to Mk.3

Thing is we will eventually make more companions but we got a problem with slot 21 being taken by Construction robots..
The legendary Companion has an inventory of 52 slots. and a Inventory Grid of 15x7
unloss you code it yourself the inventory grid of the Companion drone must be uneven to become even when legendary is made.
a Equipment grid of 9x3 or 11x3 would be good.
