Compact Turbines

Boosts throughput for turbines and heat exchangers (regular or bob's) to align with nuclear generators at a 1:1:4 (for 3 neighbor) or 1:1:3 (for 2 neighbor) ratios (reactor : heat exchanger : turbine). This allows for UPS friendly nuclear power setups even in megabases (100+ nuclear reactors).

Changes the temperatures & throughputs of heat exchangers and turbines to allow for compact and UPS friendly nuclear designs.
Original nuclear ratios: 1 : 16 : 28 (for 3 neighbors) and 1 : 12 : 21 (for 2 neighbors)
New nuclear ratios: 1 : 1 : 4 (for 3 neighbors) and 1 : 1 : 3 (for 2 neighbors)

Costs have been balanced as well (heat exchangers now 20x original cost, turbines are 10x)

Contains compatibility for bob's power and aligns the 3 tiers of nuclear power with the 3 tiers of turbines. Sets the ratios to the same 1:1:4 / 1:1:3 as for vanilla.
