when trying to use a blueprint inside of a advanced combinator it gives "This cannot be built inside a Circuitissimo Chip"

The blueprint contained just two combinators already placed manually and wanted to copy them.

It is concerning that there is a "similar problem" with other surface mods.
What do you mean by similar? - Does the same message appear in each or a different message?
To the best of my knowledge nothing has changed recently and this is the first report of this issue.

no, the message is not the same, since here it is explicitly stating Circuitissimo in the message. Cant you reproduce the problem?

While other messages in other entities show "Cannot build in an uncharted area".

But all have/had in common that it happens/happened during "on_build_event" activities

Somehow the developers of Factorissimo got this issue fixed, while about 5 months ago a workaround was posted for them here https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Factorissimo2/discussion/603748eef4814b59ae91d2d8

and i face the same message when trying to use another mod which seems to be abandoned "Integrated Circuitry".

Yeah no, don't know lua, can't quite figure out how to get useful values to print and giving up here.
But presumably the same issue, and a new name for the filtering could work, or the mod updated to correctly check the new api's. Oh well
