You can remove power alert in edit mode - just add a big and invisible power pole and power source. I have an example here: https://github.com/yuyaryshev/Combinissimo.
Also Factorissimo have another example of this.
But... what matters is that if despite the warning, things work or they are actually not powered and won't function. If things within are actually powered (as long as the chip is powered) and you are working on removing the warning, it's fine.
