With powerpole reach enabled but the substation option disabled, the mod still changes the wire reach of substations. Only the supply area is not changed. It's obvious why in the code too (rescalePoleEntity function always changes maximum_wire_distance if the powerpole setting is enabled)
Expected behaviour: Not selecting the substation setting does change neither supply area, nor connection distance of substations.
