Chemical Science is now... Chemical

Requires barrelled Petroleum Gas instead of Engine Units to craft Chemical Science, it's called Chemical Science after all.

Optional settings in startup:
Change Petroleum Gas to Crude Oil
Return the empty barrel (off by default) - Makes barrels a logistical challenge but saves the steel usage
