crash log/message? are you using other mods that change or affects achievements as well?
note that as far as I know there is no way to modify achievements at runtime other than by overwriting them manually (so only the base ones are supported)

you need at least Factorio version 2.0.45 or later, which is currently available as an experimental update, not stable, since this mod is mostly relevant in relation to recent rules changes implemented in the latest version
otherwise there are no dependencies
