No longer restricts achievements behind specific map settings.

Since version 2.0.45, relevant settings include:

• Trees
• Enemy bases
• No enemies
• Peaceful Mode
• Starting area size
• Enemy Expansion
• Evolution
• Pollution

List of affected achievements:

• It stinks and they don't like it
• Keeping your hands clean
• Steam all the way
• Raining bullets
• No time for chitchat
• There is no spoon
