Transport Belts

Transport belt costs have been reduced across the board, and all transport belts will craft in pairs of 2 like the standard transport belt.

Costs

Normal: Unchanged
Fast: 6x gear, 2x transport belt
Express: 12x gear, 2x fast transport belt, 10x lubricant

Underground Belts

Underground belts now consist of transport belts equivalent to the underground length, and some iron plates to create the underground sections.

Alternate Costs

With the setting enabled to use previous tiers, costs are:
Normal: Unchanged
Fast: 24x gear, 2x underground belt
Express: 48x gear, 2x fast underground belt, 80x lubricant

Splitters

Splitters now consist of two of the tier belt equivalent to the splitter tier, and some additional gears and circuits.

Options

If you dislike items not requiring their previous tier in their recipe, you can turn this on with a modsetting. This will change the recipe retroactively, so you can change it mid-way through a game.
