You can alt + scroll over the set recipe in the gui or when selecting the assembler to change the recipe quality.

Quality Rocket Parts (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/quality-rocket-parts) adds quality selelection to the rocket silo, but it isnt scollable. is that something this mod could fix or is that on their end?
