Hi,
I would suggest allowing changing quality of the filtered item in splitters and storage chests, and changing quality in an area (like an upgrade planner).
I have a large amount of those to change and I'm not aware of a way to do it and it will be faster to do it by hand rather than writing a custom script to edit a blueprint.
Anyway thanks for your mod although it's not exactly what I was looking for, I'll keep it installed and maybe contribute sometime.
