just a compatibility note if anyone else needs it
vesta has a startup setting (vesta rock islands) that changes the planet generation and removes the rock islands
keep the default setting "on" with vesta startup or celestial weather will look to add weather effects to tiles that are a nil value if using the newer platform vesta tile generation
