It should work perfectly fine with those mods. This mod is only sub-mod to Cargo ships mod and changes only ships/naval oil rig capacities.
Game with this mod sometimes crashed for me, when I used mods that change stats of trains/ships (ships are also technically trains). I really should've revisited this mod, but I have no time. Basically there's a problem that this mod deduces size that ships should have from their mass. But some mods change mass of all trains (so also ships) then ship is so heavy that deduced cargo size is bigger than maximum allowed by game. But Krastorio/Space Exploration (alone) don't change mass of trains, so I think there will be no problem.
