It's re-scaling cargo ships (from Cargo Ships mod) to size adequate to train wagons. Now ships have same inventory size and fluid capacity as train that would have wagons with same mass.
It also touches oil rig, but for now I'm not fixing it's GUI. Also oil capacity settings from Cargo Ships are being completely overriden - so they don't do anything now.
