As I'm in the process of integrating carbonut agriculture into my mod pack, I added a simple carbonut to spoilage recipe, which enables the player to craft the agricultural tower without visiting Gleba first and thus removing the rocket tower prerequisite from the Vulcanus planet discovery. Maybe something you would consider to integrate into your mod?
