Explicit changes to copper cable in Cerys nuclear scrap recycling need to be removed, as it makes it impossible to begin playing the mod without having access to copper cable. The tin available from solder is already much more than sufficient for acquiring tin, and copper seemingly becomes significantly more scarce with this change, which are both problematic as well

Hi! Thanks for the report. I've fixed this in two ways.

The probability of getting tinned cable on Cerys for nuclear scrap recycling is now correctly 0.28 (4x the base, meaning you'll get the same amount of copper cable as Cerys planned, plus a small amount of tin). This was the intent last update, but I accidentally changed Fulgora's scrap instead, so that's at the proper ratio now as well.

Additionally, I've added medium electric poles to the colossal and huge Cerys ruins, to bootstrap the power grid until you can recycle down to copper cable to make your own.
