g Duplicate eletronic circuit recipe?

I began fooling around with Noble Metals + Very BZ after playing Very BZ for a few months. And I noticed there are now two recipes for Electronic Circuits? One using copper wire and one using silver wire. Is this intended and the silver-based recipe is more advanced but saves resources since a silver plate produces 3 wires, while a copper plate produces 2, or is it a bug?

Apologies for the long delay in reply. This is intended. It's meant to help balance out silver usage since there is not a separate silver ore.

Indeed the balance is meant to treat silver as a more advanced resource. I will continue to see how that plays out.
