In your other mods, people have reported that there is an issue with the mods and SE that was just released recently for 2.0. I'm getting an error similar to what they reported, but it is giving a different mod in the expcetion:

Failed to load mods: Error while loading recipe prototype "landfill-flake-graphite" (recipe): Value must be a dictionary in property tree at ROOT.recipe.landfill-flake-graphite.ingredients[0]
Modifications: Graphite & Diamonds › Vanilla Galore Continued
Mods to be disabled:
