In carbon-recipe-updates.lua you assign the graphene technology as a prequisite to the now non-existent rocket-control-unit technology.
This causes issues with my mod RCU Restored which reintroduces them as there then exists a dependency loop as graphene in space age is unlocked after agricultural science.
