Maybe I'm just missing something here, but it seems like once you unlock electronics you get deadlocked, since you need steam to get flake graphite, which requires an electric drill, which requires green circuits, which requires graphite. Is that right?
I had reorganized the burner phase a little bit, to actually try to avoid possible deadlocks, but accidentally created this one in the process. Here's to testing :)
