this may be the wrong place, because the incompatibility issue is a circular research dependency that gets implemented by the k2 basic science pack, which get edited to use aluminum cables instead of copper by this mod but the "recipes only do one thing" mod uses the unedited copper recipe which is needed to research the copper technology, which is where the issue lies.
my "solution" would be to make the copper technology disableable via a modsetting to circumvent the issue.
