Hi,
I suspect that there is an incompat between the inserter fuel leech mod and this one. I speculate that changing the entity type (for example a steel furance) prevents burner inserters from leeching fuel from it.
Do you know of any such issues or have any issues like this been fixed recently? I think I had this issue about 6 months ago.
I can try to repro it if you can't think of anything obvious.
