After the most recent update I found that the Blue Circuit recipe is missing in all three Brave New Assembling Machines.
All other assembly recipes are present. Only the blue circuit is missing.
This bug can be replicated by loading the base game (base mod, elevated rails, quality and Space Age) with only this mod.
I don't know much about codes but I was able to find out this much.

Fixed in 2.0.13 - would you believe that code FIXED by AI review of the code caused the removal of processing units. I debugged the crap out of it and it looks like properly written code, but for some reason causes Factorio to cause this bug - very odd. I reverted the code to 2.0.10 code which works.
