Until a log is provided I will not be acting on bug fixes. I don't want anyone telling me how to fix a bug without explaining what the cause is, and much more information about the crash or suspected bug. This results in unfounded trust in players that have no foundation in debugging issues.
Provide a report of exactly what was happening,
Provide a log showing the issue.
