The needed materials to tier up from motor to engine are not increasing of difficulty to obtain.
The engine is placed before the motor in the equipment tab even though it is the higher tier equipment.
the amount of time it took for you to notice and message about this is probably the same amount of time it takes to unzip the mod files and do it yourself. maybe be less picky or familiarize yourself with factorio's mod structure lol
