This also affects your assembly machines mod As the title says , your settings to the fluid fuel values in data-updates overwrites the ones PY set making stuff like crude oil blatanly OP in context of other fuels :/
I can't help which mod overwrites the other. I simply used REALISTIC values, using Coal and the fuel blocks as a calculation baseline.
