Same here. Worked in 0.15.9, getting this error in 0.15.10.
To add to this, they changed the internal naming for steam and stuff and that is erroring.
I think he just put out the update.
yeah, the update blew away all my MKII medium power poles. looks like the upgraded power poles are no longer in the game.... soooo... I'm not sure what this mod does now.
also the boiler mk2 and the steam engine mk2 are no more there
