When I was looking for nuclear rocket fuel recipe in FNEI, then I realized there is no recipe to make it. When I hover on the item in FNEI, it says it has been modified by MCI and bobs revamp mod and nothing else.

When I enabled a mod called "nuclear fuel", which adds nuclear rocket fuel recipe with plutonium, which is an item from the mod itself not the MCI one, as ingredient, and I could make NRF again.

What happened here?

Someone has mentioned an issue with it before... wasn't me, I didn't do it.
Also, the edits I make are just to make it compatible with my edits to the centrifuge. I replace the green with a mask layer that changes colours based on the recipe, similar to how the chemical plant works, but that means ALL recipes need a colour defining on them, so I edit all the base game recipes to change the colour to green, which makes everything look normal again.
