Hi,
I had created smaller easy to play modpack with I think all Bob's mods + some smaller mods. But when I was playing I noticed that the are only speed production, effectivity and combined modules with max level of 3. So I checked, if I have Bob's modules mods installed, and it was. Then I checked mods settings and all modules were turned on. So I removed the mod and download it again and it didn't change anything.
Also strangely enough something in the mod works because I noticed I need modules lab to research modules and there are modules tier 0. So what could be wrong? (None of the mods has incompability with other according to dependencies.)
And lastly I'm sorry for my English it isn't my native language.

I can't say for sure because you haven't linked me your mod pack, or listed any other mods you have in it, however...

There are many mods out there that like to change my own mods, and some of those remove features from my mods on purpose.

it is possible that one of the mods in your mod pack looks for my modules mod, then purposely reduces the modules down to only 3 tiers.
