This error appeared after activating god module in game options, now I can't disable

Sounds like a strange reaction with other mods, I play with god modules enabled and have no issues.

you can solve the problem by deleting mod-settings.dat from your mod folder.
where exactly is your mod folder, I'm not sure, probably in your appdata somewhere if you're running the steam version on windows.

It’s probably caused by Angel’s Bio Processing.

version 1.1 actually lets you delete settings for erroring mods, so, that's a much easier way to reset your settings for a specific mod.
