i'am getting the error

Mods to disable:Failed to load mods: The given sprite rectangle (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=64x64) is outside the actual sprite size (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=32x32).
If this is being used as an icon you may need to define the icon_size property.: bobmodules/graphics/icons/effectivity-processor.png

is this bob modules or auto-research

my icon size is and always has been size 32.
I did have to update the icon_size tag for 0.18 when the devs upscaled all the icons to size 64, but I did that before initial release of my 0.18 mods.
So... if any other mods use my icons for any reason, it could be one of those setting the wrong size.

It was auto research i set the sizes to 32 and it worked
