Hello. While playing this mode with:
Assembly, Enemies, GreenHouse, Inserters, Library, Logistic, Mining, Mods_gfxtweak, Modules, Ores, Power, Revamp, Tech, Vehicleequipment, Warfare.
Also:
Flow Control, LoaderRedux, Clock, Long-reach, Water-fix.
After researching "Advenced electronics 2" that gives "High-Tech bottles" "Proccesing Unit" "Module Logic Board" and "Module Processor Board" and 6 level module of any kind the "Module Processor Board" recepie doesn't show in crafting list nor Hand nor factories.

Well, I did all modules to 8 tier. And nothing happens, but i saved game, added Bob's Electronic mod, done Advence Electronics 3 research that adds "Module Processor Board" made saved game again, disable Electronic Mod, Loaded game and the recepie stay. In some way it solved my problem. It maybe importent if not the reason of all this "bug" that server admin might did something during game with modes triggering them on/off in early state of game befor I joined him.
