The Basic Tier Recipe for the AAI Loader is using crafting-with-liquid category even when it doesn't have lubricant in the recipe.
Now it is only making sure that the recipe is not craftable by hand? I don't know if it is on purpose because the couple next tiers all are craftable by hand.
I suggest transforming it in crafting category to make it craftable by hand.
