"storage tank all corner 1" doesn't appear in the recipe, so I looked it up with helmod and it shows up as a locked recipe.
I'm not sure what I did wrong.
I can't get the hang of it. Do you have any guesses?

Can you please create a new game, save it, then upload the save game file? It's the easiest way for me to get your exact mod list and settings.

If you don't have access to the other fluid tanks, it's likely something is turning them off.
