It appears that the latest update to 0.17.54 has the same error that happened in 0.17.53:
Version: 0.17.13 Date: 01. 07. 2019 Bugfixes: - Fixed underground belt bounding boxes causing an error in 0.17.53.
Nevermind, apparently there is some other weirdness that caused the Active Version of the logistics mod to be a much earlier unpatched version.
